Medical professionals are solely responsible for ensuring that all patient data, scans, and inputs provided are accurate, complete, and properly submitted.

Guide It shall not be liable for any errors, outcomes, or damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly submitted data.

All payments for services are processed securely via Paymob. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets through the Paymob portal.

Production of custom surgical guides begins only after payment confirmation from the payment gateway. Service fees are transparent and clearly displayed prior to final checkout.

The final responsibility for all surgical outcomes lies solely with the operating clinician. Guide It provides high-precision tools and manufacturing services, but these are not intended to replace professional clinical judgment or decision-making.

All guides are custom-made clinical products. Due to their bespoke nature, **all sales are final** once production has commenced.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guide It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Guide It reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
